WaggaWuffins and all its employees only use scientifically-based researched techniques for training which are kind and fair to both the dog and handler.This means the use of punitive techniques is not allowed such as choke/check chains (full or half), prong collars, remote collars, water sprays, rattle bottles, pet correctors or any physical manhandling such as alpha rolls or scruffing that may cause pain or discomfort.

WaggaWuffins and all its employees use professional knowledge, research and experience to contribute to the discipline of behaviour and training, encouraging other practitioners to recognise and maintain similar standards and continue their own professional development

WaggaWuffins and all its employees will ensure that they do not act out of prejudice against any person or group, on any grounds including origin, ethnicity, class, sex, status, sexual orientation, age, disability or beliefs and treat everyone equally
